Your access to and use of this Website and any services provided by Detailed Solutions is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users, and customers.


By accessing or using the Website, booking services, or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the Website or our services.

Our Offers and Pricing

We offer automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and window tint services on this Website.

The price of these services is customized based on your needs and vehicle condition. Quotes are estimates and may change upon in-person inspection.

Prices do not include taxes or additional required services.

Scope of Services and Results Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree:


  • All services are performed to professional industry standards, not perfection
  • Results vary based on vehicle condition, age, prior repairs, and materials
  • 100 percent defect removal is not guaranteed



Certain imperfections such as deep scratches, etching, stains, wear, and prior damage may remain after service.

No service guarantees a like-new or perfect result unless explicitly stated in writing.

Pre-existing Condition Acknowledgment

By authorizing work, you acknowledge your vehicle may have pre-existing damage including but not limited to scratches, swirl marks, rock chips, faded or failing clear coat, stains, odors, embedded contaminants, or prior repairs.


Detailed Solutions is not responsible for:



  • Damage related to pre-existing conditions
  • Failure of aged, brittle, or previously repaired surfaces
  • Issues that become visible during or after service

PPF and Window Tint Disclaimer

You acknowledge:


  • PPF and window tint installations are not flawless or invisible
  • Minor imperfections may occur, including dust contamination, edge lines, relief cuts, and slight distortion
  • These conditions are normal and are not considered defects

Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings:


  • Do not make vehicles scratch-proof
  • Are not maintenance-free
  • Require proper aftercare


Any warranty is product-based only unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Customer Satisfaction and Rework Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service:


  • You must notify Detailed Solutions within 24 hours of service completion
  • You must allow Detailed Solutions the first opportunity to inspect and correct the issue


Failure to do so voids any claim, refund request, or dispute.

If you take your vehicle to another service provider without allowing us to correct the issue, all responsibility is void.

Cancellation Policy

We offer cancellations only prior to performance of the service.


  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of $100 or more
  • No-shows may be charged a minimum of $100



We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and service availability.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services once performed.

Due to the nature of our services, labor, time, and materials cannot be recovered after completion.

Advance Payments

We may require advance payments toward services.



  • Advance payments are applied toward the total service cost
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once service preparation or scheduling has begun

Deposits

Deposits are required to reserve appointments.


  • Deposits are non-refundable and compensate for reserved time, scheduling, and preparation
  • If we cancel your service, your deposit will be refunded 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree:


  • Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Detailed Solutions
  • To allow Detailed Solutions the opportunity to resolve any issue


Initiating a chargeback without allowing resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms.


We reserve the right to recover:


  • The full service amount
  • Chargeback fees
  • Collection costs
  • Legal fees

No Warranty on Purchases

The services provided are offered "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Remedies

You agree that your sole remedy is to allow Detailed Solutions the opportunity to correct any issue in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:



  • Impersonate the Company or its representatives
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Send spam or unauthorized promotional materials
  • Attempt to interfere with Website functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

No Warranty on Website

This Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We assume no liability for errors, inaccuracies, or availability issues.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or pricing issues at any time.

Damages and Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Detailed Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This includes but is not limited to:


  • Loss of vehicle use
  • Diminished value claims
  • Mechanical or electrical issues not caused by gross negligence


Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

Risk of Service

You acknowledge that detailing services involve water, chemicals, heat, and mechanical processes.

You accept all risks associated with servicing aging, delicate, or previously repaired surfaces.

Personal Property

You are responsible for removing all personal items.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

Intellectual Property

All Website content is the property of Detailed Solutions and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law, Severability, Dispute Resolution, and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Virginia.

You agree not to participate in class action claims against Detailed Solutions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice.
